JARKI MONNO - I Dont play with love

After the first music video of Dead End Town for Jarki Monno, the crew came back together again to shoot another. This music captures Jarki’s experience with relationships, told through the lyrics of the song. The video captures the up’s and downs of his relationships emotionally.

JARKI MONNO - DEAD END TOWN

I was approached by Jarki and the director Jack Morgan to DP a music video to support the release of the single. This song was based on Jarki’s home town and we shot multiple scenes capturing his home town and places he remembered from his childhood

the edge-ben murphy

I met Ben about 9 months before we shot this music video along with a base idea of how Ben saw the video. After a few chats I elevated the ideas Ben had around the video to create what we have today. The Edge is all about Ben’s story coming back from uni and having social anxiety and drinking just to get himself through it. The story shows several scenes of Ben in social situations feeling uncomfortable, missing his trains home and loosing his temper with the people close to him. The story really meant something to Ben so we wanted to keep it close to how the song was structured. I produced, directed shot and edited this piece for Ben over a 2 month period and its one of my favourite story telling pieces to date.

let you in -christian larsmon

Christian came to me to put together a music video based on two characters, on their first date in London. Christian wanted Mario and Luiji costumes for this which we used to create comedy within the video. We spent the day in London shooting this all run and gun and released it around the time of the Mario movie to boost engagement.

HOW YOU FEEL -TATE

TATE approached me with the idea of historical brutalist architecture and wanted to involve different locations in London that represent this. With multiple locations in London we shot this within a day on a snow day… This performance based shoot was aimed to have lots of movement and energy to match the song. Majority of the shots were tripod with symmetrical composition to compliment the brutalist architecture with rapid movements to keep flow and energy within the video

beast and his beauties (live) - grace gachot

We filmed and recorded Grace Gachot’s live performance of Beast and His Beauties live in a derelict run down chapel to represent the song. I made this choice as it exaggerated the lyrics and meaning behind the song. With a live audio being recorded and 3 piece band we had to account for putting everyone and seeing everyone in a live space. Using a Steadicam I captured this beautiful performance and the end product represented beauty and fantasy perfectly.
